Two bedrooms, three baths, and one 3,200 square-foot great room built for play: a regulation pickleball court, a basketball half-court, ping-pong, shuffleboard, a 5,000-title arcade, and a full gym. A separate cinema lounge with an 18′×20′ projection screen handles the evenings.
Miramonte Reservoir, the Uncompahgre Plateau, the San Juan Mountains — world-class terrain in every direction, as remote as you want it.
